Eugene Perunov was born in the town of Voronezh in 1961. 
Musical education: 
the musical school & college ( the piano class ) 
Voronezh Institute of Arts- the diploma of chorus master (conductor) 
St. Petersburg Conservatory ( class of professor A. Dmitriyev - the diploma of the conductor of operas & symphonic music. 
Emploiment:

• Voronezh Symphony orchestra - an assistant conductor
• Yakutsk ( Siberia) Opera house -musical director
• Saratov Opera house
• Novosibirsk Opera house
• Now is working as a conductor in St. Petersburg Opera & Ballet theatre named  after M. Mussorgsky
