Sergio PAOLINI (Organist)
Sergio Paolini has studied organ, composition and
harpsicord in The Milan Conservatory (Conservatorio di musica “Giuseppe Verdi”
di Milano) and Musical Paleography and Philology in The University of Pavia
(Universita degli Studi di Pavia), and master-classes with L.F.Tagliavini and
K.Gilbert.
He had performed in Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland,
Switzerland, Hungary, France, Dominican Republic (cathedrals in Vienna, Milan,
Budapest, Warsaw, Lausanne and major churches in Berlin, Salzburg, Stuttgart,
Hannover, Zurich etc).
He has performed recitals with Festival Orchestra of
Brescia and Bergamo, Carlo Coccia Symphony Orchestra in Novara, Baroqu'ensemble,
The National Philharmonic of Russia, Nuova Cameristica in Milano and with the
trumpeters Helmut Hunger and Andre Bernard.
Sergio Paolini has recorded several broadcast on
radio and TV and CD on historical and modern instruments.
He is professor of Organ and Gregorian Chant in the
Milan Conservatory.
Sergio Paolini also appears in jury of international
competitions and master-classes.
