Alisa Sodoleva (Dancer)
In 2010, graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy and the same year joined the Mariinsky Ballet, where her repertory included solo roles in Don Quixote (Street Dancer); Mikhail Fokine’s ballets Schйhйrazade (Zobeide), Les Sylphides (Prelude); Giselle (Monna, Zulma), La Bayadиre (trio of Shades), The Sleeping Beauty (Princess Florine, Fairy of Tenderness); George Balanchine’s ballets Jewels (Rubies), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hermia) and Apollo (Calliope), Frederick Ashton’s Sylvia (Terpsichore, Ceres); Yuri Smekalov’s Presentiment of Spring (Fertility); William Forsythe’s In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated; Sasha Waltz’s Sacre. Her repertory also includes Pas de Quatre (chor. by Jules Perrot), Melody (chor. by Asaf Messerer) and Йtude (chor. by Sergey Vikulov).
In 2014, she performed the role of Zobeide in the closing ceremony of the XXII Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
In 2015, she joined the Mikhailovsky Ballet.
